Cecelia Sally Klein, 66, Zeeland, ND, died October 1, 2010 at her home in Zeeland, ND. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 4, 2010 at St. Andrews Catholic Church, Zeeland, ND with Rev. Wenceslaus Katanga officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Myers Funeral Home, Linton, ND and continue from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at the church in Zeeland. There will be a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening at the church. Cecelia Sally Klein was born August 28, 1944 in Wishek, ND, the daughter of Valentine and Monica (Reidinger) Wald. She attended school in Artas, SD. Sally worked as a nanny for several Herreid area farmers. She married Walter Whitey Klein at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Herreid, SD on February 22, 1971. Following their marriage they made their home in Zeeland where she did home day care and also helped her husband Whitey with janitorial work at the Zeeland School. Sally was a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church and Christian Mothers. She enjoyed collecting dolls, going for walks, caring for her daycare children, spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren. Sally is survived by her husband, Walter Whitey Klein of Zeeland, ND; one son and daughter-in-law: Jesse and Rochelle Klein of Bismarck, ND; one daughter and son-in-law: Denise and Darnell Schmidt of Steele, ND; five grandchildren: Kashton and Kate Klein, Cadon, Kamen and Taren Schmidt; one sister and two brothers-in-law: Patty & Kenny Kurle of Eureka, SD and Bob Watson of Pendleton, OR; three sisters-in-law: Marjorie Wald of Eureka, SD, Leocatia Wald of Lakefield, MN; LaVina Wald Lee of St. Paul, MN; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Valentine and Monica Wald, four brothers, Clarence, Leo, Ray and Moritz and one sister, Deloris Watson. She will be forever in our hearts and greatly missed.
