Clarence was born June 19, 1961 to Eugene and Barbara (Zacher) Baumgartner. He grew up in Strasburg, ND and attended school there. Clarence married Tammy (Jochim) Baumgartner on May 6, 1995. They had 3 children together. Savanna, April and Jesse Baumgartner. Clarence brought with 6 children to the marriage. Chris Morris, Alicia Morris, Sarah (Morris) Dutchuk, Mason Ernst, Ashley (Palmer) Berndt, and Derek Palmer. He enjoyed playing cards, gambling and NASCAR. He is survived by 4 sons and 2 daughters-in-law: Chris and Kim Morris, Bismarck, ND, Mason and Lindsay Ernst, Fargo, ND, Derek Palmer, Fargo, ND and Jesse Baumgartner, Wishek, ND; 4 daughters and 2 sons-in-law: Sarah and Mike Dutchuk, Bismarck, ND, Ashley and Evan Berndt, Fairmount, ND, Savanna Baumgartner, Grand Forks, ND and April Baumgartner, Grand Forks, ND. 7 grandkids, TayShaun and Oliver Morris, Drayden and Brynlee Dutchuk, Eden Palmer, and Gage and Ryker Berndt. 4 brothers and 6 sisters.
