And Rose (Scherr) Wald. She grew up in Strasburg and later moved to Bismarck. Delores enjoyed spending time outside in the sun, she loved her coffee, having her nails and hair done and her animals. Delores was full of smiles, hugs, laughter, and had a heart of gold. She enjoyed joking around with the staff at Enable and was never at a loss to give it right back, she was a ham, to say the least. She had a belly laugh that would always make you smile. Delores had a knack for being able to cheer you up if you were down. She would come up with one of her many shenanigans, her contagious laugh or a neck crunching hug. She was a favorite at enable and will be greatly missed by all. Take comfort in knowing that Delores is now able to run, be pain free, laugh and drink all the coffee she wants. Delores died June 2, 2010 at St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck. She is survived by her parents: Martin and Rose Wald of Strasburg, ND; one brother, Dennis Wald of Strasburg, ND; three sisters and three brothers-in-law: Laura and Tom Baumgartner of Pollock, SD, Diane and Dennis Horob of Williston, ND and Shirley and Dave Pearson of Savannah, TN and many nieces and nephews.
