Edward Klein, 82, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at his home in Hazelton, ND.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at St. Paul's Catholic Church, Hazelton, ND.

Visitation will be from 5:30-7:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm on Friday, December 6, 2019 at St. Paul's Catholic Church, Hazelton, ND.

Burial will be at the church cemetery.

He was born on May 21, 1937 to Phillip and Catherine Klein of Mandan, ND.  Edward worked various jobs before landing the elevator job in Hazelton, ND.  Edward married the love of his life Victoria (Mills) on August 26, 1958.  He enjoyed doing wood working and playing cards with family and friends.

Edward is survived by his wife, Victoria; his eight children, Elmer (Elda) Klein, Spokane, Washington, Lori Froehlich of Minnesota, Gerri (James) Jones of Dilworth, Minnesota, Steve Klein of Sioux Falls South Dakota, Tom Klein of Hazelton, ND, Wayne (Lori) Klein of Mandan, ND, Joe (Deb) Klein of Bismarck, ND, Dean (Lisa) Klein of Bismarck, ND; his grandchildren, Misty (Sam) James, Travis, Jeremy, Rebecca, John, MaKayla, Dakota, Colton, Ava, Braden, and Austin; 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his siblings.
