Fern Ferderer, 64, Strasburg, died Saturday January 10, 2015 at St. Alexius Hospital, Bismarck, ND. Private family services will be held.Fern Elsie Ferderer was born in Bismarck, ND, on March 5, 1950, the daughter of Paul J. and Elsie (Schiermeister) Ferderer. She graduated in 1968 from Linton High School and attended Beauty College. Due to a car accident, Fern suffered a serious brain injury and there was a long time of recuperation. Following that time, Fern was in and out of various facilities throughout her life. The last few years of her life she has spent at the Strasburg Care Center.Fern is survived by her parents, Paul and Elsie Ferderer of Linton, two brothers and one sister-in-law, Dennis and Rosie Ferderer and Kevin Ferderer, all of Linton, as well as several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
