Geoffrey Thomas Erhardt, age 70, passed away at home in Rapid City, SD on February 13, 2022.

Memorial Service for Geoffrey will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Myers Funeral Home, Linton, ND, with Deacon Ken Wolbaum officiating. A visitation will be held one-hour prior. Myers Funeral Home of Linton will be live streaming Geoffrey's service for any family and friends that can't attend at www.Myersfh.com under Geoffrey's obituary.

Inurnment will take place at St. Paul's Catholic Cemetery, Hazelton, ND.

Geoff was born at St. Alexius Hospital in Bismarck, ND to Gabriel & Ivy Erhardt on April 11, 1951. He grew up in Hazelton, ND where he attended elementary & high school while working on the family farm.

After graduating he later moved to Kansas City where he met and fell in love with Valerie Marie Owings. Geoff and Valerie were married on July 30, 1977.  They welcomed their daughter Suzanne Nicole (Nickie) Francis on January 5, 1980.

In 1983 Geoff moved to Rapid City, SD. His favorite pastimes were fishing, walks when he was able to, watching western movies, visiting with friends, and driving through the Black Hills. He also loved playing his guitar, listening to the Beatles and enjoyed getting up early on nice days to drink coffee and watch the sun rise.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gabriel Erhardt and brother George Erhardt.

Geoff will be greatly missed by his Mother Ivy Erhardt, daughter Nickie (Jesse), grandchildren, Alyssa, Delaney, Dylan, and Kadyn; sisters, Jennifer (Allen), Jeanette, and Maureen; brothers, Kevin, Keith, Douglas, and Michael (Claire); many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
