James Glass, 82, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Mandan, ND. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 22, 2014 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Linton, ND. Burial will be in the spring. Visitation will be 6-7 p.m. Friday at the church where there will be a prayer service at 7 p.m.James was born October 12, 1931, the son of Frank and Elizabeth (Masset) Glass. He attended country school. James lived on a farm southwest of Linton with his parents. In the 1970's, they moved into Linton. In the late 90's James moved to Bismarck living in group homes there until the present time. He enjoyed working various jobs with Pride, Inc.One of James biggest joys was visiting with his nieces and nephews. James is survived by his two brothers, Bernard and Veronica Glass, Strasburg, LeRoy and Linda Glass, West Fargo, one sister, Sandra Glass, Fargo, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
