James Allen Reamann, 54, of Hazelton, ND, died October 6, 2011 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Monday, October 10, 2011 at United Methodist Church, Linton with the Reverend Cori Waisanen officiating. Burial will be in the Hazelton Cemetery. Visitation is from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at the church on Monday. Jim was born on April 28, 1957 in Bismarck, ND, the son of Harvey and Delda (James) Reamann. He attended school in Braddock and graduated from Braddock High School. He attended Bismarck State College for auto mechanics. He went to Oregon where he owned and operated a tree service business. He also built churches all over the United States with Marathon. His residence was always Hazelton, but he traveled a lot for work. He slowly transitioned to work full time on the family farm. Jim enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming and loved to watch his daughters play sports. He is survived by one son, Eric Schmidt, Bismarck, ND; three daughters: April Reamann, Bismarck, ND, Casey Reamann, Bismarck, ND and Cortney Reamann, Bismarck, ND; his father, Harvey Reamann, Braddock, ND; five brothers and two sisters-in-law: Kevin Reamann, Hazelton, ND, Brian and Shelly Reamann, Sawyer, ND, David Reamann, Hazelton, ND, Craig and Cara Reamann, Wahpeton, ND and Todd Reamann, Bismarck, ND; one granddaughter, Savannah Meyers. He was preceded in death by his mother, Delda; his grandparents, aunts and uncles.
