Lily Serr, 95, Linton ND, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at CHI St. Alexius Health, Bismarck, ND.

Lily was born on March 7, 1924, to Jacob and Helen (Keller) Wohl.  She was 1 of 13 children raised and educated near Linton.

On August 25, 1940 Lily married Adolph Serr.  Together they had three children.  They spent their life farming and raising cattle.

Lily was an avid gardener and baker.  She always had goodies on hand.  She also liked making rugs, barbie clothes and barbie furniture.

Grateful to have shared in her life were her 3 children, Harry (Fran) Serr, Linton, ND,  Dorinda (Rod) Diede, Bowman, ND, and Bettina Weichel of Temecula, CA; 7 grandchildren, Tamara (Dean) Volk, Ray (Nicki) Serr, Dawn (Toby) Dewitz, Taya (Scott) Schutt, Quinn (Kimberly) Diede, Stacey Weichel, and Dion (Jenny) Weichel; 12 great grandchildren, Zach (Whitney) Serr, Jessica (Clay) Jacob, Erin Volk and Brady, Linzee and Samantha Volk, Alexandra, Seth, Jake Dewitz, Dylon Weichel and Asher Weichel; sisters, Viola Kelsch, Gladys Jacobson, Della Gill; sisters-in-law Whitey Wohl, Carol Serr, and Edna Serr.

Lily was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Adolph; sisters, Clara, Alice, Alma, LaVina, and Ruby; brothers, Jake, Leonard, and Helmuth (Jim).
