Marie Ann (Lotto) Dryja, 86, died Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at the Linton Hospital. Visitation will be held at Myers Funeral Home on Thursday, February 13, 2014 from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. where a prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at a later date in Wisconsin.Marie was born and grew up in Green Valley, WI, on October 7, 1927, the daughter of Mitchell and Ann (Schaden) Lotto. She married Joseph "Gene" Dryja and they lived in Milwaukee. Gene was a musician and Marie was a beautician and owned her own beauty shop.Marie came to North Dakota in 2010 to be closer to Leslie. She was a resident of Strasburg Care Center. Marie is survived by two daughters, Deborah Lorenz-Costigan of Milwaukee, WI and Leslie Jenner (Herman Jahner) of Linton, three grandchildren, Kimberly Hayes, John S. Jenner and Daniel Costigan, 6 great grandchildren, Marissa, Abigail and Jaob Hayes, Devon, Aaliyah and Arianna Jenner, all from the Milwaukee area.Marie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph "Gene" Dryja, her parents, Mitchel and Ann (Schaden) Lotto, six brothers, three sisters, son-in-law, John M. Jenner and many other relatives.
