Mary Jane Conn, 89, Linton, ND, died Thursday, April 21, 2016 at CHI St. Alexius, Bismarck, ND. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church, Linton, ND, with Rev. Paul Brannan officiating. Visitation will be for one hour before the service at the church on Monday.Mary Jane was born March 21, 1927, in Linton, the daughter of Glenn and Birdie (Lee) Woods. She was raised and educated in Linton. Mary Jane married David Conn on June 1, 1973 in South Dakota. Mary Jane had many interests and hobbies through the years. When she was younger she liked to hunt and fish. Mary Jane also loved to sew, and made many stuffed bears and angels. She liked cooking, baking and serving all kinds of meals. She loved to travel and some of her destinations included Hawaii, Mexico and South America. Family meant everything to Mary Jane and she especially enjoyed holidays and family get- togethers and spending time with her children and grandchildren.Mary Jane is survived by her husband David Conn, Linton; three sons and one daughter-in-law, Raymond and Judy Snyder, Brighton, CO, James Snyder, Gillette, WY and Carl Snyder, Linton; two daughters and one son-in-law, Paula McKee of Gillette WY and Beccy and Dave Brink, Bismarck; 16 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Robert and Marion Woods, Troutdale, OR and Fred Woods, Troutdale, OR; one sister, Bernice Kautz, Strasburg, ND as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, three brothers, and a granddaughter, Tammy Snyder.
