Mary Ann "Marie" Ohlhauser, 79, of Linton, ND, died on Monday, February 19, 2018 at the Linton Hospital.

Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Peace Lutheran Church, Linton, with Rev. Sean Barnhart officiating.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 23, 2018 at Myers Funeral Home, Linton.

Burial will be at St. John's Cemetery, rural Linton.

Mary Ann "Marie" was born on July 14, 1938 in Strasburg ND to Anton and Emila (Keller) Malsom.  She was baptized at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Strasburg.  She grew up in Strasburg and attended St. Benedict's School.  On April 19, 1958 she married Donald "Donnie" Olhauser at Peace Lutheran Church in Linton, and together they had 2 sons.

Marie loved all children, and especially enjoyed her time while working in a daycare. Later she spent time caring for Bobbi Jo and Alan Brindle's children. She also worked at Duke's Place and RDO Farm Partnership.  She enjoyed playing cards, sewing quilting, and especially baking.  She was active with the Homemaker's club, Peace Lutheran Church, and women's circle.

She is survived by her 2 sons, Mark (Lani) Ohlhauser, Monroe, WA, and Duane (special friend, Nicole Kooker), Linton; 1 granddaughter, Nicki Lynn (Shannon) Doll, Hazen, ND; 2 sisters, Angela Young, Clearwater, FL and Terry Herrmann, Lincoln, CA.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donnie; brother, Eddie; and sisters, Rufina, Rose, Cecelia, Lucy, and Gloria.
