Randal "Randy" James Senger, 67, Linton, ND met with his maker on March 26, 2024 at his home east of Linton. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 8, 2024 at the Sannes Feist Family Funeral Home, Linton with Pastor Marlin Sapp officiating. Randy would have requested that you dress casual. There will also be a prayer service on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Lunch will be served following the memorial service on Monday at the Linton United Methodist Church. Interment will be held at a later date in the Linton Cemetery.
Randy was born February 6, 1957 in Linton the son of Raymond and Margarete (Morcinek) Senger. He was raised and educated in Linton. He graduated from the Linton High School in 1975. He married Bona Bichler on July 12, 1980 in Linton. They had two children, Terra and Kayla. Randy lived in Eagan, MN where he built many big, beautiful, custom homes. He returned to Linton in 2003 and continued to do carpentry work and farmed/ranched on the family farm.
He loved to hunt, fish, explore the outdoors and ride his Harley's. He was always working hard and had accomplishments in building many things with his carpentry skills. Randy shared a legacy of love, laughter and family. He was admired and loved by his family and friends. He will be forever missed and never forgotten.
Randy is survived by his daughter, Kayla (Don) Sego of Strasburg; his son-in-law, Ross (Jami) Mattheis of Linton; his grandchildren, Riley Mattheis, Tyler Senger (Shantel), Kaitlin (Rueben) Littledog, Gage (Eliza) Sego, Wade, Isabella and Cameron Sego and Allison Mattheis; two great grandchildren, Alicia Littledog and Damian Sego; his brother, Alan (Dawn) Senger of Linton; his sister, Sonja (Vern) Bender of Wishek; his sister-in-law, Lorraine Senger of Bismarck; his step mother, Jane Senger of Linton; many nieces and nephews and special friend, Ron Peschon of Summerfield, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Terra Lynn Mattheis; his grandson, Hunter James Mattheis; two brothers, Bryan and Warren and a nephew, Jay Senger.
